01 — Build your project
Enter the postcode, area, installation package, site conditions and any detailing, and upload photographs and documents. You can paste or upload a project brief to pre-fill the fields.
02 — Get your price
Topcoat and base + topcoat projects that meet the automatic pricing rules are priced instantly: package, area, location, scope, any supplements and the total.
03 — Accept & confirm
Accept the estimate, or save the project and come back to it. Before payment you confirm the measurements are accurate, the site will meet the site-readiness requirements, undisclosed conditions may mean extra charges or rescheduling, and you accept the terms.
04 — Secure your date
Choose from genuinely available installation dates. Capacity is limited per day, so dates cannot be double-booked.
05 — Pay
Pay the full amount securely online. Payments are taken by Hinchliffe Surfacing Ltd, which operates Surface Install Co. Once payment clears, the project is booked and your date is reserved automatically.
06 — We install
You receive a booking confirmation with the project summary, installation date, payment confirmation, site-readiness requirements and how to send further information.
When technical review is needed
Technical review is the exception. It applies to complete construction packages, remedial and rescue work, projects above the automatic area limit, and any condition the automatic rules cannot price with confidence — for example an unknown substrate, site conditions not confirmed, excessive mixer distance or complex detailing.
